Information related to this website
The form collects your name, contact email, optional business name, interests and message, together with a reference, submission time and acknowledgement of this notice. Name, email and message are needed to handle the enquiry; business and interests are optional. Access and security logs can include IP, time and browser information. The IP is not included in the saved enquiry. SaaS accounts, payments and actual execution of the illustrated workflows are not enabled.
Purposes and basis for processing
We use the details to respond and explore the cooperation you request. Business correspondence and site protection rely on our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and operating securely. Where you ask to enter a contract with you, processing relies on the necessary pre-contractual steps. The privacy checkbox acknowledges that you read the notice; it is not a newsletter subscription. We do not use enquiries for automated decisions or advertising profiles.
Cookies and language preference
We do not use advertising cookies, pixels or third-party analytics. Your manual language choice is saved in localStorage under beeb.locale-choice, and initial language detection is recorded in sessionStorage under beeb.locale-detected. Fonts, graphics and scripts are served from our own deployment. See Cookies & browser storage for details.
Access and service providers
Access is limited to authorised administrators and necessary infrastructure providers. The application and private JSON files are hosted by Hetzner in Germany, behind a Pointer reverse proxy in Greece. When team email notifications are activated, enquiry details are passed to the email provider and company inbox. Storage happens before notification and is retained if notification fails. We do not sell the data or send it to advertising platforms. Any future additional transfer will be described before activation.
Retention and protection
We keep correspondence for the time needed to answer and explore the requested cooperation. After that, retention is assessed against any contract, legal obligations or establishment/defence of claims; unnecessary details are deleted. Technical logs are managed through rotation for operations and security investigation. Enquiry-file access is restricted to authorised administrators.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law and its conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, or object to processing. Consent can be withdrawn where it is the basis of processing. Requests are generally free of charge at company@lli.gr and handled within GDPR deadlines, normally one month. You may also complain to a competent supervisory authority, such as the Hellenic Data Protection Authority at dpa.gr.

Links to other sites do not automatically transfer your correspondence to them. We will update this notice and its date when Beeb operation or processing changes.
